Our returns policy, privacy policy and terms of use. No payments are taken on this website and we do not track visitors. Anything unclear, just ask us.
Refund Policy
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee.
You must advise us in writing of your cancellation, and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged, in the original packaging, within 14 calendar days.
Concept Store recommends that you use The Courier Guy for all returns, as they offer shipment tracking through a 24-hour customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then no refund or return will be considered.
International customers
International customers should make use of a courier that offers:
- Shipment tracking.
- Insurance for the safe return of your package. Declare the full value of the shipment — failing which, loss or damage will be for your account.

What we collect
The only personal information we receive is what you choose to type into our enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number and your message. We use it for one purpose only, which is to answer your enquiry. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside Concept Store.
What is stored in your browser
If you switch this site between the light and dark theme, that single preference is saved in your own browser so the site looks the same on your next visit. It never leaves your device and it tells us nothing about you. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Legrand Concept Store (Pty) Ltd is a Johannesburg-based distributor of power, lighting and security products. We are at Unit A49, Ucanstore-Sandton, 21 Spartan Crescent, Eastgate Ext 21, Sandton, open Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30 and Friday 08:00–15:00, with weekends by appointment.
How ordering works
Products shown on this site, and any item from the catalogues of the brands we distribute, are quoted on enquiry. Send us a product code, a drawing or a description and we will confirm availability, pricing and lead time in writing before anything is supplied. Nothing is ordered or charged for through this website.
Use of this site
You are welcome to browse this site and to contact us through it. Content may not be copied, reproduced or deep-linked without our permission, and unauthorised use may infringe intellectual property rights.
Accuracy of information
Product details, specifications and availability are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Manufacturers revise their ranges regularly, so please treat anything on this site as indicative and confirm the specification with us before you order.
